His Eminence Sheikh Husein ibn Abdul-Aziz al-Sheikh, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “The Rights of Brotherhood and the Events in Yemen”,in which he talked about Muslims’ duty to provide help and support to one another in order to drive away aggressors. He quoted evidence from the Qur’an and the Sunnahshowing that it is obligatory to help and support the oppressed and to defend Muslim lands against any aggression. He stressed that the events in Yemen only took place after exhausting all possible means of reaching a peaceful solution to the crisis there.
