His Eminence Saleh ibn Abdullah ibn Humaid –May Allah protect him– delivered this Friday khutbah entitled “TheLast TenNights (of Ramadan) andtheFitrZakat” in which hetalked about the final nights of the blessed month of Ramadan, i.e. its lasttendaysand nights. He urged Muslims to hasten to do good deeds and to exploit every moment in worshipping Allah, hoping to win His mercy and witness Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Power) for the great benevolence it bestows upon Muslims both in the Herein and the Hereafter. Sheikh ibn Humaid also explained the rulings on zakat al-fitr (charity due at the end of Ramadan) and reiterated that the successful Muslim is he who keeps doing piousdeeds evenafter Ramadan.
