His Eminence Sheikh Abdul-Muhsin ibn Muhammad al-Qasim, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “Knowledge: Its Virtues and Benefits,” in which he talked about knowledge, stating that it is one of the greatest acts of worship that draw one nearer to Allah, Exalted be He. He cited many Qur’anic verses and Prophetic hadiths on the virtue of knowledge and those who acquire or seek itas well as the rewards which Allah has prepared for them both in this world and in the hereafter.
