His Eminence Sheikh AbdulbariibnAwwad al-Thubaiti, may Allah preserve him, delivered the Friday khutbah entitled, “The Meaning and Virtue of the Statement ‘Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of Affairs’”,in which he talked about the statement “Allah is Sufficient for us, and He is the Best Disposer of affairs”, referring to the most important meanings that can be drawn from it and the various occasions on which it occurs in the Holy Qur’an and in the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him. He also dispelled the misconceptions held by some people about it, showing that it must not be used as a pretext for yielding to humiliation and weakness.
